What is GST Registration:- Goods & Services Tax (GST) is an indirect tax which is levied in almost all the goods and services across the country. It is enforceable as on 1st July 2017 in the whole country under Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, before the commencement of this act there are many other acts which were leviable on different stages of goods production and services. The main objective of this act is to remove double taxation and make taxation simple and easier.
There is only one intention to bring this act is “ONE NATION ONE TAX.” Before the commencement of this act, every state has its taxation law for goods and services, so sometimes it will create confusion among the traders when they trade their goods or services from one state to another. GST registration is mandatory for those traders or service providers whose turnover exceeds the value of Rs. 20 Lakh.
However, for North East India and the Hill States, the amount is Rs. 10 Lakh; and who has registration in earlier laws like VAT registration, Service Tax Registration, License under Excise law, etc; and those who are involved in an interstate transaction. Now due to this act, this kind of issue are abolished now the trader can easily transact his business from one state to another without having any taxation complexity. There is a different category of the tax rate for the different classes of goods and services. There are four categories to tax slab, and these are; 5%, 12%, 18%, and 28%.

- Bank Details:- COPY OF CANCELLED CHEQUE OR FIRST PAGE OF PASSBOOK OR FIRST PAGE OF RECENT BANK STATEMENT.
- Registered Office Documents:- COPY OF ELECTRICITY BILL, IN CASE IF THE PREMISES IS RENTED RENT AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED. IN CASE IF THE PROPERTY IS RENTED NOC FROM THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WILL BE REQUIRED.
Process Of GST Registration:-Submit Documents:- First you need to submit all the required documents and information for your GST registration.
Allotment Of TRN:- After receiving all the documents and information, we will start your GST registration process. The first step is to file your Part A application form. Once this form is successfully submitted then the TRN will be generated and by using this TRN we will start the next step of your GST registration.
Allotment Of ARN:- Once Part A is successfully submitted now the second step if to file Part B form. We will submit all the detail information of your business activity and your required documents to the government. All the information and documents which are filed to the government in GST application should be correct in the form, and it should be true and valid, if any documents are wrong, the government will reject the application. Once this form is submitted the government will allow “ARN,” and it will be used for tracking the of your GST application.
Approval Of GSTIN:- After receiving all the documents and information, the officer will examine all the details and documents, and according to his verification process, he will allow the GST Identification Number(GSTIN). Once your application is accepted, you will get the GSTIN as well as the username and password for creating your GST login id and password. After creating your login id and password your GST account will be started and under this account you will get your GST Certificate.
